Fusable Link Funny story with this one. I was putting in a new battery and all of a sudden I see a puff of smoke coming from the engine area. I then realized I had put the new battery in backwards and my fusable link did it's job and fused out :)
I had to wait a few days to get a replacement but this is what a Fusable Link looks like. The black box is not part of it but the one end of the gray connector is. I got mine from Toyota for under $10.
